Bid Declination

When a Shipping Customer declines a bid, they are required to provide a valid reason. Service Providers use the feedback to effectively and directly address decline reasons to ideally reduce them altogether. Currently, there are nine valid reasons for declining a bid.

If your bid is declined, pay attention to the reason it was declined. This will appear on the shipment listing page and in the notification email and will tell you if your price was too high, your trip dates were not compatible, or the customer was looking for someone with more feedback. This should help you adjust your bids on this and other shipments.

Provide the active bid's unique ID in the create request and supply one of the following reasons.
